All that i can ever be is nothing more than myself

I have had a lot of my followers (and people who don’t follow me) ask me about Asperger Syndrome. I’ve always find it extremely difficult to explain, even though I’ve lived with it for 15 years.. ;)
So, I thought I’d post this list of FEMALE AS traits that I found on the internet somewhere, so my followers can maybe read it and learn a little more about me and some of the skills and troubles that I deal with every day.
A lot of people are led to believe that AS is the same for both genders. It’s not. We so often read about AS, but a lot of these studies are based on the male gender. Which leaves little known about the female autistic mind. There are differences. As you will read here.

First, there aren’t just two genders. Second, a lot of these traits can apply to all genders, and it’s only because of stereotypes that these are considered to be exceptions. In any case, this is a reasonably good resource, and can be found at help4aspergers.com, which is Rudi Simone’s site.
agree 100% apply to all genders.
one thing i hate about psy doctors is the stereotyping for certain disorders like autism. ive been told i have a male brain because i have Aspergers, or OCD or ADD or conduct disorder. all things ive been “diagnosed” with in my life time (i use quotes because my ADD diagnosis was incorrect). all things that are stereotypically MALE. too bad i identify as FEMALE. neuro-diversity can occur across the spectrum of genders, dumb ass doctors.
but i digress.
besides that, 99% of these are completely applicable to me.
