This was one of my absolute favorite books as a child - such a beautiful story about embracing the things that make you different and who you are.  If you aren’t accepted and loved by someone right now, the strength and confidence it takes to be yourself in spite of that means someday you will find where you belong.

also, I would get a stellaluna tattoo.
